What's a 'real man'? And who needs God?

What is a 'real man'? Well, any man striving for life; either his own or others, is a real man. I think it's that simple. And any man endeavouring to fulfil that end, to strive for 'life', needs God.

These are simple truths that have been 'revealed' to me over many years, and I need to share these things. Moreover, as someone who has suffered a real identity crisis in his life, being regarded as a 'real man' by others was an eye opener. It was usually women who made that comment to me, and I initially put a rather unhealthy connotation to the claims. But it was a rather long journey of self-discovery, one that took a lot of introspection, and a lot of harsh truth, that finally helped me place the 'real man' tag in it's proper context, then harness it's true worth. And none of it could be done without an intrinsic link to God through his son, Jesus Christ.

In this 'blog', I hope to inspire men to harness the goodness and power of 'maleness', and to help bring about real and productive outcomes in the lives of men who are in the throes of 'striving for life'.
